Yes, our personal trainer has experience in working with individuals who have low back pain, minor muscular injuries, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and other health conditions.
I recommend that you seek advice from your physician before beginning any exercise program, and will assess your health status prior to developing an exercise routine specific to your needs.
